Position Purpose/Summary 

Curious Jane is a full-service advertising agency that helps franchise and multi-location brands grow through smart strategy, creative storytelling, and data-driven marketing. Our clients span food, beauty and wellness, kids, retail, and home services and we’re proud to help some of the country’s most recognized brands connect with their communities. 

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to help us continue growing our organic social presence and to bring the same level of creativity and strategy to our clients’ brands. This role blends agency storytelling, community engagement, and client collaboration perfect for someone who thrives on both big ideas and hands-on content creation. 

Reports to: Associate Creative Director

Responsibilities

In this role, you will: 

• Develop and execute social strategies that elevate brands and strengthen client engagement across key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, and more). 

• Create original content from short-form videos and carousels to thought-leadership posts and behind-the-scenes storytelling. 

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account strategists to bring fresh, high-quality social ideas to life for both agency and client channels. 

• Manage and grow online communities, engaging daily with audiences, and responding to comments. 

• Support client social media programs by advising on trends, strategy, and best practices. 

• Track performance analytics, measure engagement, and optimize content for growth. 

• Stay ahead of social trends and platform innovations to keep our work modern, creative, and competitive. 

Qualifications: 

• 3–6 years of social media management experience (agency or brand side) 

• Strong storytelling and short-form content skills especially across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok 

• A pulse on social trends and platform best practices 

• Experience using analytics tools to inform creative decisions 

• Collaborative mindset, you thrive working with designers, copywriters, and other team members 

• Creative curiosity, initiative, and the drive to take ideas from concept to execution
