The Senior Graphic Designer will concept and produce engaging creative across all formats, motion, video, and static. You’ll lead the development of campaign design systems, so the ability to think conceptually and work with copywriters and art directors to bring a campaign to life is essential. You’ll develop animation and motion graphics for digital campaigns, while also supporting the team with static design work such as digital ads, paid social creative, print, and other marketing collateral.
This role is ideal for a versatile designer with a strategic mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment. You love the art of concepting and know what it takes to brainstorm and develop creative concepts with your team.
Reports to: Creative Director
Responsibilities
- Campaign Development: Ideate and execute graphic design direction and systems for marketing campaigns.
- Motion & Video: Concept, design, and animate motion graphics and video assets for paid social, programmatic display, OTT/CTV, and other digital platforms.
- Static Design: Design and produce static assets, including digital ads, social posts, email graphics, presentations, print ads, and marketing collateral.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with art directors, copywriters, and other creative team members to develop campaign concepts and ensure consistency across motion and static deliverables.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform best practices.
- Adaptation & Versioning: Build multiple versions of creative for various formats and aspect ratios while maintaining visual quality.
- Innovation: Stay current on motion and design trends, sharing ideas that push creative boundaries while driving measurable results.
- Cross-Department Support: Collaborate with PR, media, and strategy teams to deliver creative assets that support integrated campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of professional design experience, ideally in an advertising agency or fast-paced creative environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Knowledge of 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus but not required.
- Creative Range: A portfolio that demonstrates campaign development understanding and execution.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate creative strategy into visually compelling work that resonates with audiences and drives results.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong eye for typography, color, timing, and composition.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Communication: Comfortable presenting ideas internally and responding to feedback constructively.
