About the Job

As the project coordinator, you’ll be working with the local marketing team, the creative team and vendors to ensure creative projects are completed on-time and on-budget. In addition, you’ll be working with the digital/web team on managing and distributing creative assets for campaign implementation. This position can be hybrid (2 days in-person and 3 days remote) or fully remote, depending on your proximity to the office.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll:

  • Create schedules and assign tasks to the appropriate team members to ensure projects are in-scope and can meet due dates.
  • Review creative briefs for details and necessary information required by the creative team.
  • Assist client services with estimates entry, job creation and project invoicing.
  • Provide guidance to projects through internal system/teams to ensure they are completed on-time and on-budget.
  • Set due dates for various stages of job completion after consulting with the project manager, account services and creative and digital/web teams for timing requirements of various jobs.
  • Coordinate projects with printers, vendors and freelancers.
  • Expedite “rush” jobs in such a way that process does not obstruct the orderly flow of everyday work.
  • Manage multiple projects, working closely with all team members to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; prioritize projects based on business needs.
  • Identify best practices and develop new systems/process/tools.

Strong candidate will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of project coordination/management experience.
  • Exceptionally strong customer service skills both in person and telecommunication.
  • Strong ability to prioritize time and tasks daily.
  • Computer savviness with experience in or ability to learn various business platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
